Another one leaving...

That's the thing about Geneva... Nobody is here to stay.... everybody is just passing... Some stay longer than others, but in the end Geneva is a transit city...

This is one of the motifs why people tend to enjoy it so much... You do all you want/can when you want, because you never know if you'll be here next year to do it…

This is also a good and bad thing about Geneva… As nobody is here to stay, you're always saying goodbye to people you really like… on the other hand, people you don't like also leave frequently… so you don't have to put up so much sh**t with/from them…

This is not the case for the last friend I had to say goodbye to…
It was great meeting and working with her … and when you see your own story reflected in someone else's life you just which you could do something to spare them to the pain you went through…

But there's nothing I can do to ease that…. I know….. leaving Geneva the first time is hard, leaving friends and a job you enjoy is also hard and going back to the boring (for you)/ unknown for me is/was even harder…

But you know what… don't despair, just give it time…. If what you really want is to come back, I'm sure things will work exactly as you wish… Try to see the bright side of this new phase, try to use all the new things you've learnt and try to make the most of your "new life" in Oslo… and in the end, everything will be fine :o)
